Property Renovation Extensive work carried out on a £19m property owned by Celebrity Sportsman near London – Celebrity Sportsman Property.

We were contacted by our client to carry out works at a large substantial property based in Virginia Water near West London.

The project required property renovation as a complete roof refurbishment was needed and was to be further enhanced with Sika waterproofing whilst using natural roof slates.

This project was particularly challenging as the roof structure was not common, made up of many round shapes and unique profiles. Each slate was cut to measure to form a smooth finish on the unique roof structure.

Furthermore some internal and general repair/refurbishment work was completed. Overall the client was happy with the finish and the project was completed within the original timescale.
