A mixed development of commercial and residential project where we are instructed as the principal contractor. Ground floor executive/luxury car showroom with 8 flats over two stories on upper floors near to Wolverhampton city centre.

Our work includes various civil works, implementation of drainage and foundation excavations. Structural Steel works, structural ground floor re-inforced concrete floor. On the first floor we also had a reinforced concrete floor, formwork for concrete, concrete cast & composite concrete floor. A new roof has been installed along with internal plastering work, spray plaster and all internal general build duties.

Project is on scale and will be finished to a high spec. conveniently located to the city centre and main road networks. Building is looking fresh and complimenting the vastly improving city scape and infrastructure of wolverhampton.
