Based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, we work with key clients directly as Principal Contractor & with Main Contractors as Subcontractor. With many projects based in and around our locality, we have also been contracted to work on projects further afield that we have successfully completed.
We have been working on projects that range from car park repairs and restorations to larger projects for groundworks, drainage, supply lines for water/drainage, and electrics for commercial premises such as restaurants, supermarkets, retail parks, and associated infrastructure.
We currently undertake projects ranging from a few thousand pounds to £100k+ full groundworks services for new warehouse distribution hubs / retail parks & associated infrastructure, all on a Labour, Plant & Material basis. Bulbenko Construction’s capabilities include Pre-Construction Services (from concept, fiscal planning, to detailed project programming & analyzing best value solutions), to traditional SubcontractServices (the core of our business) with the agility & structure to act as Contractor, providing the services that would be expected of the Main Contractor, in a more flexible family team approach, with a ‘can do’ non-aggressive ethos.
These include waste infrastructure and building construction, incorporating all trades such as groundworks, excavation, foundations, reinforced concrete structures, drainage and hard-standing, site management, environmental and water services for corporate, private and the public sectors. We can cater for projects for:
Road construction: This can involve building new roads, as well as repairing and maintaining existing ones.
Bridge construction: This includes building new bridges, as well as repairing and maintaining existing ones.
Water and sewage systems: Civil works projects can involve the construction of new water and sewage systems, as well as the repair and maintenance of existing ones.
Building construction: Civil works projects can include the construction of new buildings, as well as the repair and maintenance of existing ones. This could include schools, hospitals, government buildings, and more.
Landscaping: Civil works projects can involve the design and construction of landscaping projects, such as parks and gardens.
Flood control: Civil works projects can involve the construction of projects to prevent or mitigate flooding, such as levees and dams.
Airport construction: This can include the construction of new airports, as well as the expansion and improvement of existing ones.
Railroad construction: This can involve the construction of new railroad tracks, as well as the repair and maintenance of existing ones.
Erosion control: Civil works projects can involve the construction of projects to prevent or mitigate erosion, such as retaining walls and revetments.
